If you do not have an AP Exchange account, please contact AP Customer Support at apdigitalsupport@ap.org or 1 877 836 9477. We will provide you with the username and password you need to set up your own account.

We will also provide you with information on training sessions to help you get acquainted quickly with this new system. IMPORTANT NOTE ONLY FOR OS9 MAC USERS: AP Exchange works with all recent operating systems and browsers. However, a small number of newspapers remain on the older Mac OS9 platform. If your newsroom is on an older version of Mac called OS9, you must click the link below to install an older version of the Firefox browser in order to access AP Exchange. If you are not sure, ask your tech support.
OS9 Editors should go to this website: ftp://165.1.59.3/ When prompted, the username: apffox The password: getff99!
You will then download the Firefox browser and you will be able to proceed with AP Exchange.
